The illusion is

Cry of the Soul
Oh, God! Can you hear my cry?

Begging for mercy from the
Agony of the broken heart!
Time after time after time,
Knowing
no happiness, knowing no love,
Knowing only misery, loneliness,
And an endless river of tears...
Crying turns
to waling, and waling

"You are forgiven, my child! You will be granted not only mercy, but Happiness and peace. Your pain, loneliness
and suffering are over--
Go now with the love I have sent to you. Go and be happy, and live your Lives together under

Judgment II
I can tell by the way you
Speak
to me that your words
Are not sincere.
I can tell by the way you look
At me that your thoughts are
Different than
the way you act.
It is not my past that matters,
But rather-- the way I live today.
But in your mind, that is
not the
Case, as your false courtesies
And platitudes are meant to appease me--
Telling me you are not truly my friend.
I
can see the signals-- I can read
Between the lines, as I have been
Through this so many times before...
It is not
right to pass judgment on me--
After all, I am only human.
Lip Service
Words are as empty as a package after
Its
contents are removed.
Big words, and small, useless gestures
Give little comfort once your true
Colors are revealed.
You
smile and say sweet things, but when
Someone needs you, for something big,
Or even something small, you turn on them
Like
a mad dog.
Your heart is as empty as your words--
You don't care who or how you hurt.
There is nothing more contemptable
Than
the shallowness of lip service.
Love is the one person who makes you heart beat faster
and slower at the same time
I’ve had my share of heartbreak and pain,
and being the one hurt, from all men the same,
Im sick of the lies, and untrue tales,
